AP 200 S Battery: Lithium-Ion1 87 battery with STIHL connected
36 V, 4.8 Ah Lithium-Ion battery. The AP 200 S is a high capacity battery that powers tools within the STIHL AP System.
With an energy capacity of 187 Wh, the battery has an integrated LED charge indicator, clearly displaying as and when the battery needs charging.
The AP 200 S has an improved cold start feature, meaning it calculates the voltage drop caused by cold temperatures and adjusts the battery current accordingly – meaning your tool receives maximum power from the battery and the battery is able to warm up efficiently.
The AP 200 S battery comes equipped with the latest version of STIHL connected, allowing users to keep track of data such as total discharge time and the total number of charge cycles. This data is then made available in the STIHL Connected App, a fleet management tool capable of giving an insightful overview of all tools in your fleet. Durable and suitable for all weather conditions, the AP 200 S delivers the same long working times as the previous version and is the powerhouse behind the vast majority of AP System tools.
CONSTANT POWER
CONSTANT POWER, REGARDLESS OF BATTERY CHARGE STATUS. With other brands of battery tools, the performance usually decreases during work as the battery discharges. This is not the case with STIHL cordless power tools with CONSTANT POWER. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your STIHL power tool works with consistently high power.
LONG LIFE BATTERY CELLS
VERY LONG BATTERY LIFE. STIHL AP system batteries are extremely durable and resistant. They are designed for particularly high demands, as can typically occur in very intensive applications with high power requirements in the professional sector. The is based not only the exceptionally robust design, but also the special, particularly long-lasting battery cell technology. Thanks to their intelligent electronics, these STIHL batteries can also be charged more often and faster than average.
IPX4
SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The IPX protection classes define the moisture protection of electrical or electronic devices. The moisture protection test is defined in different stages. IPX4 certifies protection against splashwater from all sides. Battery-powered tools with this certification are therefore designed for daily use, even in rainy conditions.
